3.1.1 What a subscription covers
- A subscription belongs to the store owner’s account.
- Standard covers one store (the store in use when you buy). You can switch it in Settings once every 7 days.
- Pro covers every store you own.
- All staff at a covered store can use the plan’s features.
- Existing Pro subscribers keep their original plan and price; renewals are unaffected.
Important: The amount, currency, billing period, product name, and any offer you actually pay are solely those shown and confirmed on the App Store and in-app purchase screen when you complete the purchase (currently iOS App Store only). The table is not a price guarantee. Later price or plan changes follow what the App Store and the app show at that time.
iOS users can manage or cancel auto-renewal in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, then choose ShiftHub or the matching subscription. If an Android version ships later, Google Play rules will apply.
3.2 Trials and offers
- Whether a trial, trial length, or promo (including billing period and first charge) applies is only what is shown in the app / App Store when you start or complete the purchase.
- If no trial is offered or you do not take one, billing starts from the first paid start date of the plan you chose.
- After a trial (if any) ends, if you do not subscribe to a paid plan you move to the Free plan. Existing data is not deleted.
3.3 Payment method
- Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store (in-app purchase) (iOS only for now).
- ShiftHub does not process payment details directly.
3.4 Auto-renewal
- Paid plans are auto-renewing subscriptions.
- It renews within 24 hours before the end of each billing period and is charged to your Apple ID.
- iOS: manage or cancel in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
- After you cancel, paid features stop when the current period ends.
3.5 Cancellation and refunds
- You can cancel a subscription at any time and keep using it until the end of the current period. Payments already made are not refunded. If you cannot use the service because of a system problem, contact support to request a refund.
